B. Pharmacy Excellence at GNIP

B. Pharma or Bachelor's in Pharmacy at Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmacy (GNIP) is a four-year undergraduate course with eight semesters, approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and AICTE, New Delhi. It is a versatile interdisciplinary program preparing graduates with sound knowledge and understanding of the science, technology, and practice of pharmacy.

Eligibility Criteria

Selection in B. Pharmacy in Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmacy is based on the marks secured in +2 (minimum 50% marks general candidates and 45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M) or Biology (P.C.M.B) as optional subjects individually .

Career Prospects

B. Pharma is a job oriented course among the science students after class 12th. This course provides a large no. of job opportunities in both the public and private sector. The students can practice as a Pharmacist. Pharmacists can work in a range of industries related to the prescription, manufacture & provision of medicines. The students can go for higher studies in the Pharmacy i.e. Masters of Pharmacy (M.Pharma).
