Orientation Day at Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmacy, Dalewal was a vibrant and
memorable event that marked the beginning of a new academic journey for our
incoming students. The program began with a
warm welcome to our esteemed Chief Guests, whose presence added
great value to the occasion. They were greeted with traditional tilak and
bouquets. Our respected Chief Guests, Principal, and senior faculty
members were invited on stage to light the ceremonial lamp, accompanied by a
soulful Saraswati Vandana playing in the background. Our Respected Managing Director (Er. Prabhjit Singh) motivated the students to pursue excellence in
academics as well as co-curricular activities. His words of encouragement
inspired the students and set a positive tone for the new session. The cultural segment of the day included colourful dance
performances by senior students, showcasing the diversity and talent
within our college. Our respected Principal (Dr. Rajeev Garg) was introduced the
students regarding academic departments, faculty members, campus facilities,
and various student clubs. Our Chief Guests, along with the Principal and faculty
members, joined the newly admitted students on stage for the ceremonial cake
cutting. The moment was filled with cheers, claps, and smiles, symbolizing
unity, warmth, and the start of an exciting academic journey. Interactive games and ice-breaker activities were
organized to help students mingle and build friendships. The event concluded
with refreshments and a vote of thanks, appreciating the efforts of everyone
who made the day a grand success.
